How Teacher Social-Emotional Competence Affects Job Burnout: The Chain Mediation Role of Teacher-Student Relationship and Well-Being

چکیده
Teacher social-emotional competence plays a crucial role in teacher professional development as it is associated with effective stress alleviation at work. However, how and under what conditions contributes to job burnout black box. This study aimed explored the impact of on burnout, focusing chain mediation effects teacher-student relationships well-being. For this undertaking, stratified random sampling was used questionnaire filled out by 990 teachers 14 primary schools Beijing. We analyzed these data using structural equation modeling (SEM). The findings suggested that were negatively correlated, verifying can influence through separate relationship In addition, had most significant effect all paths. To alleviate promote sustainability teachers’ development, we emphasizing sustained enhancement well-being, well improving relationship.
